Thomas Lenne is a partner in the Corporate and M&A Practice Group advising corporate clients, private equity funds and family offices. He is a recognised expert in corporate M&A and Private Equity with more than 17 years of experience. Thomas’ practice focuses on cross-border and domestic M&A and private equity transactions. He has a particular focus on acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and joint ventures. He also advises on corporate restructurings. He works across several sectors, such as energy, technology, healthcare, and mining and natural resources. Thomas is also a regular speaker at conferences and seminars. In his field of expertise, he is recognised by Chambers & Partners (Global & Europe) and The Legal 500.
