Bio

Roel Fluit, attorney at law, is a member of the Corporate practice group in our Amsterdam office. He focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and (national and international) joint ventures. Roel has a focus on corporate M&A and private equity work. Roel represents corporates and principal international private equity houses in their investments, add on, portfolio assistance (including restructuring advice) and exit transactions, often with an international dimension. From 2010 through 2013, Roel worked in the New York Office of Loyens & Loeff. He lectures frequently and has published on a number of corporate law-related matters.
