Freek Hilberdink, partner, is a member of the Corporate practice group in our Amsterdam office. He specialises in providing corporate advice on all aspects of national and international mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures, with a strong focus on private equity transactions and management buyouts. He is a member of the Private Equity team. Freek specialises in providing advice on all aspects of national and international mergers, acquisitions, (debt) restructurings and joint ventures, in particular in respect of private equity transactions and management buyouts. Freek also has great expertise in the set-up of management/employee participation schemes. He has experience in advising on the (re)structuring of private equity and investment funds and Freek advises corporations in respect of corporate governance aspects. His clients include both national and international private equity and buyout funds, investment funds, venture capital funds and (inter)national corporations. He is a member of the Royal Dutch Association for Civil Law Notaries.
