Andreas Hinsen, attorney at law, is a partner in our Zurich office. He focuses mainly on private equity, domestic and international M&A transactions, corporate governance, restructurings as well as general corporate and stock exchange laws. Andreas is a member of our Corporate / M&A practice group and specialises in private equity, domestic and international M&A transactions, corporate governance, restructurings as well as general corporate and stock exchange laws. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff Andreas worked at a leading Swiss law firm as well as a leading New York law firm. His clients include private equity funds as well as national and multinational enterprises.
