Frank Heerstrassen advises and represents both listed and family-owned companies and their shareholders on all aspects of corporate law, including corporate litigation. Frank has a special focus on complex corporate restructuring and advising entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families on aspects of company and asset succession, including the establishment of charitable foundations and family foundations. Furthermore, Frank advises and represents insolvency administrators, debtors, creditors and shareholders in restructuring and insolvency matters.
