Gary Fung Bio

Gary Fung practice primarily focuses on commercial transactions including business mergers and acquisitions, as well as organizing and reorganizing business structures and commercial property matters (including purchases, sales, financing and commercial leasing). Gary’s practice extends into a variety of other areas which support business owners and individuals and includes advising on all manner of contracts, employment matters, wills and powers of attorney, and assisting clients with navigating all aspects of the purchase and sale of residential and recreational properties.
