Michael Martell Bio

Michael Martell is a corporate lawyer concentrating his practice on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, commercial agreements and other general corporate matters and transactions. He has experience working with both domestic and international clients in a range of industries, including fashion and luxury brands, automotive, consumer products, HVAC, publishing, industrial machinery and equipment, technology, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Michael also has experience counseling clients on employment and labor matters, litigation and real estate issues. Additionally, he has served as primary outside general counsel for numerous companies based in Europe.
