Erik Mengwall Bio

Erik Mengwall has more than 20 years of experience advising public and private companies in a wide variety of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, both as in-house and external counsel. Erik has extensive experience advising clients in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings (including SPAC IPOs), business combinations, corporate governance and general day-to-day corporate matters. Erik has represented companies across a diverse range of industries, including information technology, energy, biotechnology, engineering, food products, pharmaceuticals and online advertising, among others. Erik’s previous in-house role as the head of the legal department at a Nasdaq-listed global information technology company enables him to implement pragmatic solutions that address business and legal concerns.
