Roy Choi maintains a corporate practice that strategically leverages his broad experience in corporate advisory work and capital markets transactions. He counsels listed companies, private equity groups and corporate clients on initial public offerings and pre-IPO investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other regulated transactions. With a hands-on approach and keen knowledge of his clients’ industries, Roy advises corporate clients in various sectors, including technology, TMT, entertainment, energy, financial services, construction and engineering, consumer goods, and industrial products. He also represents high net worth individuals in the Asia region and other professionals in trust settlement matters. For more than a decade, Roy has been actively involved in pro bono work dedicated to combating poverty and providing education in Asia.
