Alfred Lee maintains a broad-based transactional practice with a particular focus on corporate finance, regulatory compliance of public companies, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Alfred has substantial experience representing issuers, sponsors and underwriters in initial public offerings and secondary fund raising transactions such as share placements, rights issues and open offers. He has advised on numerous listings in Hong Kong for companies in various industries including the energy, printing, metals, precision electronics, hotel and consumer products industries. Alfred’s practice also extends to the representation of public companies and their directors in connection with SFC investigations and disciplinary hearings of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as other regulatory and compliance matters.
