Tamer Tullgren practice focuses on the representation of private equity and venture capital firms and public and private companies in M&A transactions, venture and growth financings and private fund formation matters. Tamer leads the Firm's Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs) Practice Group and has significant experience advising SBICs on their investment transactions and in connection with fund formation and regulatory matters.
