Sean Page advises on public and private M&A, equity capital markets and venture capital transactions, often with a cross-border element. His practice is focused on the financial services and retail sectors. He also has significant experience advising Chinese clients acquiring, investing or raising capital in the UK and Europe. Sean has been listed as a recommended lawyer in The Legal 500 for his experience in the Corporate and Commercial chapters for M&A work as well as for Equity Capital Markets work.
