Marcela Tavares De Vasconcelos has large experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring transactions and infrastructure projects. Marcela’s practice also focus on legal advice in a wide range of corporate issues, including advising clients in companies’ day-to-day matters, corporate disputes, as well as structuring and negotiating commercial contracts. She has also broad experience in advising companies on the regulations of the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM).
