Wide experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate restructurings, having acted in high-profile transactions within the various sectors of the Brazilian economy, including civil construction, sanitation, educational, defense and retail. During 2013, he worked as foreign associate at the Chilean Law firm Morales & Besa, in Santiago, Chile.He is graduated in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-SP), 2007; LLM from University College London, 2017. Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
