In Hee Cho specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts structuring, corporate restructuring, and foreign investments and has extensive experience assisting clients in complex and global transactions and foreign investors doing business in Brazil. She participated in corporate transactions involving different business sectors: financial institutions, pharmaceutical, automotive, chemical, private security, entertainment, and publicity. In Hee also worked as an international attorney in Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP firm, in the Project Finance area (New York – NY), 1998/99.
