Tiziana Fiorella joined Ughi e Nunziante in Milan as a Partner in 2022 after more than ten years of experience in leading Italian and international law firms, as well as industry boutiques. Tiziana assists Italian and foreign clients in the administrative law sector, both in and out of court. She has extensive experience in matters concerning urban planning and construction, environment, energy, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, as well as public contracts. Among other relevant experiences, Tiziana has assisted in public-private partnership procedures. Tiziana also assists clients in administrative proceedings before the Italian independent authorities. Tiziana graduated from the University of Milan and has been a member of the Bar since 2004. She is the author of several publications on administrative law. She is fluent in Italian, German, English and French.
