Marco Misiti joined Ughi e Nunziante as partner in 2019. Marco splits his time between his main office in Milan and Rome. His areas of expertise are M&A, Private Equity, Banking and Finance and, in general corporate law. Marco has over twenty years of experience and an impressive track record in extraordinary transactions, also cross-border. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, demergers, share capital transactions, shareholders’ agreements, transfers of going concern, financing and restructuring transactions, as well as on drafting and negotiating contracts (both in Italian and English). Marco also assists clients in the ordinary management of joint stock companies. He has drafted opinions regarding commercial and corporate law matters. Marco graduated with honors from the La Sapienza University in Rome. He spent several years working with the commercial law department of the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
