Laurence Bulan joined Ughi e Nunziante in Rome as partner in 2012, following 11 years of experience in major Italian law firms. Before that she was Head of the Legal Department of a large company of the Veolia group in France for over 8 years. Laurence assists French speaking investors in corporate transactions on the Italian market and in cross-border litigation, as well as Italian clients operating in France, especially in litigation, commercial and corporate law. She was involved in a number of important investment transactions executed by French operators in Italy, in particular in the water, energy, transportation and infrastructure sectors. Laurence graduated from Paris II – Panthéon Assas University (DESS droit des affaires et fiscalité), and was admitted to the bar in Paris. She is fluent in French, Italian and English.
