Filippo Mazza joined Ughi e Nunziante in Rome as a partner in 2014 after 15 years of experience in important American law firms. He has acquired consolidated experience in M&A, private equity, commercial and corporate law, as well as considerable expertise in corporate reorganisation, restructuring and real estate operations. After graduating from La Sapienza University of Rome in 1995, Filippo obtained his qualification in 1998 and has been practicing before the Supreme Court since 2016. Professor of the IBL (International Business Law) master's degree in international trade law at the La Sapienza University of Rome, he was for a long time also a professor of the SISIM master's degree at the University of Siena in financial market law, as well as university seminars in subject of comparative international law. He frequently participates as a speaker in seminars and conferences, including abroad, and has published numerous articles in specialized magazines. Filippo is cited in the most prestigious international directories of the sector (Legal 500, Chambers, IFLR 1000) as an expert in corporate / M&A matters. He speaks fluent Italian, English and French.
