Amon Airoldi joined the Milan office of Ughi e Nunziante as partner in 2019, after 12 years of experience in a leading Italian firm. Amon assists Italian and foreign investors and private equity funds in corporate – M&A matters, in particular acquisitions, both domestic and cross-border, corporate law and business contracts. He also has considerable experience in corporate financing transactions, turnaround and debt restructuring, as well as distressed M&A transactions and the issuing of equity or hybrid participating financial instruments as a means of overcoming financial troubles; in corporate finance and restructuring, Amon assists both private companies and financial lenders. He also deals with arbitration and litigation proceedings concerning corporate matters. Amon graduated from the University of Milan and was admitted to the Bar in 2008. He is fluent in Italian and English.
