Sara Massaro Bio

Sara Massaro focuses her activity on corporate law, regularly providing assistance to Italian and foreign clients in M&A transactions, joint ventures, commercial contracts and governance matters. She has also been involved in the corporate crisis sector, dealing with restructuring transactions both in the context of distressed situations and negotiated solutions to the crisis provided for by the bankruptcy law. She has also acquired expertise in civil and commercial litigation and real estate sector. Sara previously worked for the law firms Di Gravio Avvocati (2016 – 2020) as a junior associate and De Berti – Jacchia – Franchini – Forlani (2015) as part of a training internship.
