Bio

He has practiced labor and employment law for over 20 years and, for the last 13 years, he has been a partner and head of the labor law department in prestigious national and international firms. He has gained significant experience during his professional career in managing labor law issues connected to M&A and private equity operations, with particular regards to their structuring (i.e., purchase of shares or transfer of an undertaking or of a branch of an undertaking) and the complex incentive mechanisms put in place for top managers. Andrea also provides assistance on contentious matters and ordinary consultancy to foreign multinational and Italian companies belonging to the industrial and financial sectors on all possible aspects connected to the setup, management and termination of employment relationships. He has authored articles and publications on various labor law topics and frequently participates in workshops for companies.
