Elmar Zwick assists banks, private-equity funds and Italian and foreign industrial clients in M&A and corporate finance deals. He furthermore advises in commercial and corporate matters. Being of German mother tongue, he has specific experience assisting German clients in their investments in Italy and Italian clients in the internationalization of their activities. He works in Italian, English and German.
