Angelo has gained a more than 15-year experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, corporate and compliance and assists clients (listed and unlisted,as well as entrepreneurs and investment funds) in several sectors, including high-tech, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and energy industries, as well as in banking and insurance. He also provides assistance in drafting commercial contracts and advices on regulatory issues, commercial and corporate law. He was an associate at Clifford Chance LLP from 2006 to 2009.
