Virginie Gaubert-Ravoire specializes in corporate law, merger and acquisition. She acts alongside national and international groups acting in different areas, mainly industrial, real estate and banking. She provides them advisory and support notably within their establishment in France, the implementation of governance rules, financing, as well as corporate reorganization including national and cross-border operations. Prior to joining LL Berg, Virginie Gaubert-Ravoire developed her expertise at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where she managed the company law team for ten years. She is graduated of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
