Olivier Abergel Bio

Olivier Abergel is the Founder and Managing Partner of LL Berg. He acts alongside Management, investment funds, large groups and medium-size companies, providing support for their projects in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and Mid-Cap LBOs. He has collaborated in more than 300 transactions, many of which have set the standards for the mid-market, such as SeLoger.com, DRT, Buffalo Grill or Mademoiselle Desserts. Prior to founding LL Berg in 2007, he developed his Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity expertise at Veil Jourde and subsequently Hogan Lovells. Olivier Abergel is a Doctor in Company Law and has been published on many occasions. He also Board Member at 101 Fund, a non profit worldwide organization dedicated to intensive care.
