Laurent Bibaut Bio

Laurent Bibaut has developed extensive expertise in all tax aspects of Private Equity and M&A transactions. He works on behalf of investors, founders, and management teams. Laurent also advises on corporate tax, individual taxation of executives, and regularly supports his clients in their dealings with tax authorities, whether during audits or tax disputes. Laurent is recognized as a "Key Lawyer" by Legal 500 EMEA (Tax). Before joining LL Berg in 2025, Laurent was a partner in the Tax department at the law firm Ayache. He is a member of the Institute of Tax Lawyer Advisors (IACF) and the International Bar Association.
