Julien Carrascosa Bio

Julien Carrascosa advises managers, shareholders and investment funds within the context of all M&A transactions, notably those with an international dimension. He has also developed solid Private Equity expertise (venture, growth capital and LBO) on behalf of entrepreneurs, investment funds and business angels, for whom he has structured and negotiated more than one hundred financing rounds. Prior to joining LL Berg in 2011, Julien Carrascosa developed his expertise at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei. He is a graduate of the HEC business school.
