Sandra Koenig Bio

Sandra Koenig concentrates her practice counseling clients in the areas of domestic and international trademark, trade dress, domain name, publicity, marketing, and copyright, including related Internet issues. Ms. Koenig oversees regional, national, and international trademark portfolios for a broad range of clients including consumer product companies, food and beverage entities, service providers, as well as business-to-business establishments, both large and small, and counsels clients with respect to trademark clearance, registration, policing, licensing, dispute resolution, preparation and negotiation of agreements, and intellectual property asset transfer. When needed, Sandra also consults clients on litigation related matters.
