Kathleen Cold Bio

Kathleen Cold concentrates her practice in corporate law, including formation of corporations, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, and limited partnerships; preparation of business and commercial transaction agreements; partnership, shareholder, and LLC operating agreements; employment agreements and other contracts. She also assists clients with mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Cold also focuses her practice in trusts and estates where she prepares wills and revocable living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and other estate planning documents designed for the lifetime and testamentary transfer of wealth.
