Jillian Deck is a Partner and Co-Leader of the Banking and Financial Transactions Practice Team where she focuses in the areas of commercial lending, including secured transactions, asset-based finance, acquisition financing, commercial real estate transactions, construction financing, syndicated loan transactions, loan participation, cross-border loans, aircraft financing, and litigation financing. She represents regional, national and international senior lenders, mezzanine lenders, equity sponsors, and borrowers on a variety of transactions.
