Bio

Sarah is a Corporate partner in the firm’s London office. She has a broad base of experience, including public and private M&A, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and equity offerings. Her expertise spans many sectors and she has particular knowledge of the mining and pharmaceutical sectors. Sarah has spent time in the firm’s Moscow and Dubai offices, as well as on secondment to Glencore. She is currently on secondment as a senior case officer at the UK Takeover Panel.
