Peter has significant experience in a wide range of capital markets transactions, primarily advising underwriters and issuers with respect to convertible and exchangeable bonds (including offerings in the international markets as well as private issuance), bank regulatory capital products, domestic and international corporate hybrid transactions, equity offerings, government guaranteed and local authority bond issues and medium term note programmes.
