Bio

Patrik is head of Banking in the firm’s Stockholm office, advising Nordic and international banks, private equity funds, debt funds and corporates on a wide range of debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, real estate finance, restructuring and insolvency, corporate lending, structured finance and high yield bonds. Patrik also advises on financial regulatory issues, including counselling banks, funds and securities institutions on compliance with domestic and international financial regulations.
