Patrick Sutton-Mattocks Bio

Patrick is a corporate Partner based in the Middle East. He advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including complex cross-border private and public M&A, joint ventures, IPOs and equity raisings. His clients include regional sovereign wealth funds and government-related entities as well as regional and international financial sponsors, institutional investors and corporates. He is a core member of the relationship team for some of the firm’s most important regional clients. Prior to his relocation to the Middle East, Patrick was based in the firm’s London office. He has also completed clients secondment with DP World and Meraas Holding (now part of Dubai Holding).
