Julien advises on public mergers and acquisitions, as well as counselling clients on general corporate law matters and providing commercial law advice. Julien has particular knowledge of the tech sector, including the fintech sector, with direct experience of working in a technology company and gaining expertise in the legal and regulatory environment covering the fast-changing area of technology business. Julien was seconded to the firm’s London office in 2022. He was seconded to Ardian, the French investment and private equity company, in 2013.
