Guido Portier Bio

Guido Portier is Linklaters Netherlands’ National Managing Partner, having been in the role since May 2022. He is a partner in the Amsterdam corporate practice, as well as an experienced civil law notary, specialising in Dutch corporate law. Guido assists multinationals and other large and medium-sized companies with the full range of corporate transactions, including IPOs, (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, SPACs, private equity and financing transactions. Guido also advises on other related matters, such as management equity plans, accounting and corporate governance. Guido has previous experience in assisting U.S. based clients as the head of corporate, based in New York.
