Based in the firm’s Stockholm office, Elisabet advises corporates, financial institutions and private equity houses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and business separations. She also counsels on regulatory issues, and has experience in outsourcing and licensing. Elisabet’s extensive transactional experience spans across the technology, financial, healthcare, industrial, automotive, energy and infrastructure sectors. She has particular expertise in the technology and business services sector, and co-led the firm’s technology sector for five years.
