Dr. Carl Sanders Bio

Carl is a partner in the firm’s German private capital practice. He advises private equity houses and financial sponsor clients on their M&A deals, strategic investments and joint ventures. Carl also advises sponsors on the management of their existing portfolio companies, including on management investment plans, equity financings, liquidity events and add-on transactions. Carl regularly works on complex cross-border transactions and has gained first-hand insights having spent six months as a secondee with a financial sponsor client. Recently, Carl has been recognised by JUVE as one of the most influential “40 under 40” lawyers in Corporate law in Germany.
