Diogo advises on a wide range of corporate transactions and real estate matters. He has gained much experience of transactions in Angola and Mozambique, particularly in the oil and gas and mining sectors. Diogo is head of the firm’s Lisbon real estate practice, advising on real estate M&A transactions, asset management, property development and construction agreements. Diogo spent three months on secondment to Webber Wentzel, with whom Linklaters has an alliance, which provided him with greater insight into the markets of southern Africa.
