Claudia Schneider Bio

Claudia advises national and international clients across several sectors on all aspects of corporate law, capital markets law and M&A. She has specialised experience in corporate reorganisations of groups and divisional organisations (also regarding large family-owned groups), including conversions into other legal forms, and regarding M&A transactions, both private and public, specialising on ESG related topics. Claudia served as a member of our global “Corporate Responsibility Committee” for several years and is a member of our global ESG practice.
