Chris advises private equity houses, financial sponsors and investment managers on public and private M&A, joint ventures and restructuring transactions across a broad range of sectors, notably the financial institutions, industrials, consumer and healthcare sectors. Chris completed a secondment to Bridgepoint in 2011.
