Head of the Corporate/M&A practice in Paris, Bruno advises corporates, financial sponsors and investment banks on a wide range of complex, cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity sales and purchases and on general corporate-related law. Bruno spent six months on secondment to the firm’s New York office in 2000.
