He advises financial and private equity investors, as well as corporates and sponsor-backed clients, on their M&A deals, strategic investments and joint ventures. Andreas has specific experience in the healthcare, technology and infrastructure sector. Andreas is member of the German Practice Innovation and Efficiency (PIE) team that generates ideas and promotes initiatives to undertake legal work more efficiently.
