His practice combines private M&A transactions, with a strong focus on private equity (especially LBOs and MBOs), and public M&A (including takeover bids, public-to-private transactions and mergers of listed companies). He regularly advises both domestic and international clients in relation to their investments in Spain and has extensive experience as regards joint ventures in a variety of sectors.
