Alex Lehtinen Bio

Alex is part of the firm’s financial sponsors practice and is based in London. He advises private equity houses and other financial sponsors on public and private M&A, joint ventures and portfolio company matters, with a focus on sponsor backed P2Ps. He has experience across several asset classes, including infrastructure, green energy and real estate. Alex regularly works on complex cross-border transactions and has spent time on secondment in the Singapore office.
