Kristi Sild Bio

Kristi Sild is a partner at LEXTAL and has been practising as an attorney since 1998. Kristi mainly deals with corporate and labour law. She is a Nasdaq First North Certified Advisor. Kristi has extensive experience in advising on various financing transactions (including bond issues) and also performs the duties of a collateral agent. In addition, she is competent in conducting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Kristi has been working as the editor-in-chief of Äripäev’s Labor Law information resource for a long time and has been an invited speaker at various conferences and training. She is also a member of the good practice committee of Finance Estonia credit providers and intermediaries.
