Simon Entwistle Bio

I joined Lewis Silkin as a partner in 2000, and am a member of each of the firm’s Corporate and Digital, Commerce & Creative practice groups, as well as our Media & Entertainment and Retail, Hospitality & Leisure sector focus groups, reflecting the broad scope of my practice. Having spent the early years of my career as a corporate finance lawyer, I have in the subsequent years expanded my practice to advise on all manner of non-contentious commercial and IP issues, while continuing to advise on M&A, fundraising, joint ventures (both in the UK and overseas) and other corporate matters.
