I have been a partner at Lewis Silkin since 2014 and cover the full range of corporate advice, working with companies, shareholders and management teams from incorporation through the lifecycle of a company to exit. Over the last decade, I have spent a considerable amount of my time working with businesses in the creative sector, particularly in advertising, media, PR, sport and gaming.
