Gavin Mcnaughton Bio

I am a Partner in the firm's corporate legal practice group, specialising in both domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. I act for companies, shareholders and directors on a full range of corporate advice, with particular experience of acting for clients in the technology, sports and professional services sectors. I advise clients throughout all stages of a company’s life cycle, from incorporation and shareholders’ agreements, to early-stage seed investment rounds, raising growth capital, making acquisitions and finally through to a full or partial exit by way of a trade sale, management buy-out or private equity acquisition.
